Archipelago bread snacks from Perheleipuri Salonen with gubbröra

The Björkman family has always appreciated classics which comprise this traditional gubbröra, which is perfect filling for the snacks of archipelago bread of Perheleipuri Salonen.
2 boiled eggs
1 jar herring with dill
1 small red onion
1 bunch of dill
2 dl crème fraîche
white pepper
salt
8-12 snacks of archipelago bread by Leipomo Salonen
Mince the eggs, the herrings, the red onion and the dill. Mix them with the crème fraîche and season with white pepper and salt. Toast the snacks if you want and spread the gubbröra on them. You can garnish the snacks with dill and minced red onion.
