Oat waffles with Berrie

The Thompson family feasts on waffles. You get a healthier version by changing wheat meal for oatmeal and traditional jam for Roberts Berrie. If some gourmandise is allowed, whipped cream laced with mascarpone is a perfect match for waffles.
3 1/2 dl oatmeal or ground oat flakes
2 tsp baking powder
a pinch of salt
3 dl oatmilk
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp melted butter
1 dl cream
50 g mascarpone
sugar or honey
2 jars Roberts Berrie
Mix all the waffle ingredients together and fry them in a waffle iron until they are golden brown. Whip the cream and stir it with mascarpone. Sweeten with sugar or honey. Serve the waffles with whipped mascarpone cream and Roberts Berries.
