Koskenlaskija and salsa sauce

The Koskenlaskija and salsa sauce is easy to make using fresh vegetables, Valio Koskenlaskija, and cream cheese. Marta Nieminen from Restaurant Nereidi recommends the salsa with fries or as a dip for nachos, for example.

1 tomato
½ bell pepper
1 chilli
3 cloves garlic
3 bundles coriander
juice from ½ lime
400 g Valio Viola® natural cream cheese
200 g Valio Koskenlaskija® Ruoka & Dippi natural
1 tsp. salt

Remove the seeds from the tomatoes, bell pepper, and chilli. Peel the garlic. Mash up the ingredients into an even pulp.
