Beef hamburger with Aura’s Ranch burger sauce

(not including: soy, citrus fruit, nuts, egg, fish/shellfish)

Eat my Turku’s food ambassadors Ulla and Janne decided to use Aura’s Ranch burger sauce for a burger which differs a little from the traditional one. Instead of a mincemeat patty there is a hearty beefsteak.

1 red onion
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
2 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp water
2 pcs 150 g beef sirloin steaks
2 carrot-oats rolls
1 tomato
8–10 slices of pickled cucumber
2 slices of cheddar cheese
Aura’s Ranch burger sauce

Slice the red onion, mix the red wine vinegar with sugar and water and add the onion slices. Let them marinate preferably overnight. Roast the sirloin steaks on a grill to desired doneness. After turning the steaks put the cheese slices on them. Toast the rolls and start assembling the burgers by spreading first Aura’s Ranch burger sauce, add then a steak, tomato slices, pickled cucumber, red onion, salad and more burger sauce. Crown it with the roll’s top and enjoy.
