Linda Kylkis and her family have always been inspired by different food cultures. Linda’s husband Jason is half English and half Greek, so his roots alone have introduced plenty of Mediterranean flavours to the family’s kitchen.

They make all the food themselves from the beginning and favour organic and local raw materials. Their favourites are, for example, Mikola Organic Farm and Kaarlejoki Organic Farm from which they order seasonal vegetables and vegetable roots.
